Lena Castro (they/them) is a BFA candidate in Design and Technical Theatre at Wichita State University (expected December 2027), with hands-on experience across lighting, carpentry, rigging, and production management. Their toolkit spans ETC software, Vectorworks, and QLab, alongside project management, equipment maintenance, rigging, scenic painting, and adaptable problem-solving on fast-moving production schedules.
